Meet Stitch! Like Glenda, she is a good witch.  She wears a fully lined cape that ties under her chin.  Her empire-waist dress is a wonderful Halloween material and I knew what I wanted to make when I saw it in the quilt shop.  She is a whopping 22” tall to the tip of her hat.  Her curly locks just can’t be contained under the brim of her twisty witch hat.
