It has been stuffed with a natural cotton batting material....has a nice, but not heavy, heft to it. I have used a beautiful, heathery, overdyed 100%wool for the actual pillow and it measures about 5 1/2" x 4 3/4". I am kindly asking 65.00, plus postage for this item.
