I made this design of mine using chevrons against a gold star. It can be displayed all year long. The star/chevrons were punched using a mix of Valdani and DMC thread. A very small button was sewn in the center of the star. I sewed a piece of 100% wool onto the back and stuffed with raw, natural cotton and mounted the piece onto an antique oil can. I tied a strip of 100% wool in a blue color onto the top of the oil can. The piece stands about 4 1/4" tall and 3" wide. I am asking 62.00, plus postage.
