I am Patty Areu of Hare And Daisy Folk Art. I am a self taught Artist. My work is mainly in a primitive, antique style. I enjoy bringing to life my creations with, thread, fabric, and paint. **SOLD** Thank you! This is my own original design Black Cat pillow and is one of a kind. I created this pillow to have a naive, and simple look. All hand stitched. The hand done details being imperfect, were intentional. I love how it turned out. (I used a fabric I had in my stash, and not quite sure what it was, but loved the weight and texture it had.) I put it through my prim process giving it a nice aged look.I hand embroidered the design as I went; no pattern. I stitched on silk sari ribbons to the edge of the pillow, and backed it with a black with stars fabric. It is nicely rag stuffed, and has a good weighty feel.The pillow measures about 8 1/2 inches x about 7 inches. Adult collectible. Not meant as outdoor decor, or for little hands. ~I Am asking $ 55.00 USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Included.
