Wouldn't this be a nice pin attached to the lapel or collar of your sweater or winter coat?? Or, it could be pinned to a book bag or project bag for the Winter season. This pin would also be a nice gift to enclose into a greeting card or take to the host of someone's home you will be visiting. This piece is a candle print which was transferred onto duck's cloth and then I frayed all four sides of the fabric. The fabric is then secured under a beveled glass, a birch backing covered with newspaper print was used to finish the back. The front and back of the pin is wrapped with copper and then I added a finish to create a patina/vintage look. To complete the project, I then added a pin bar to the back.
