Hand hooked rug designed and hooked by myself. Noel design dimensions are 15" x 4 3/4". This design has been attached to a vintage shutter with the final dimensions being 20" x 9". There is a hanger on the back of the shutter so you can hang it or just sit it on your mantle. Paypal shipping fees will not apply. This item will be heavier and my cost more to ship.
