A 7" wool applique using hand-dyed wool in lots of neutrals. A beehive and a quillie flower in red. The green leaves and stems are stitched with a hicken scratch and straight stitches.. The beehive is made with 2 colors of mustard wool on a brown table. I attached 3 brass bees to the top right corner. The flower was created rolling a red and mustard 1/4" wool stripe.. It is backed with a gray/brown wool and attached with a thread hanger and a heavy duty Velcro circle to help hold it in place. It comes on one of my husbands reclaimed wood horn boards that measures.10 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 3/4" thick. Shipping is included in the price.
