This design, which I’ve stitched using silk threads on 40 count overdyed linen is a Sue Hillis Design. It is sitting in a vintage pincushion base, which I had found at an antique shop in Pennsylvannia a few years ago. I finished it in such a way, so that the pincushion could be removed if you wanted to change it out, but it does have a nice snug fit. I also made the matching scissors fob, which is filled with crushed walnut shells, and has an antique button. Scissors are included. It measures 5 1/4” in diameter, and about 1 1/2” high.
