This sweet pincushion, a Brenda Gervais Design, is stitched on 32 count linen with overdyed threads. The backing is a rich, dark red wool, and I’ve used a feather stitch with Valdani threads around the seam. I mounted it onto an old oil can and added some stained vintage style lace. Overall height is 5 1/2”, and it measures 5” across. I’ve also added some glass head pins, a few vintage buttons, and it comes signed and dated. Travel fare is $8.00.
