I designed this sweet drum which I stitched on 35 count linen using overdyed threads. It is stained, and firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust, crushed walnut shells and lavender which gives it a nice soft scent. For the sides and bottom, I used 2 coordinating Moda fabrics, and it comes signed and dated. I’ve also added a few antique buttons and black pins to the top. The drum measures 3” high, and 3 3/4” in diameter. Travel fare is $8.00. Please click on photo to see additional pictures.
