Casper knows what his job is supposed to be, but scaring others just isn’t in him. It seems he scares himself more than the person he is supposed to frighten! Casper is made from painted and stained osnaburg and measures 10” tall to the tips of his “scary hands” He has a pocket in front that is packed full of holiday pips and black stars.
