SOLD This rag doll has a secret! She tucks nicely into an old cigar tin which now serves as a sewing keep. She is dressed in two fine examples of early cloth....antique blue calico and blue/cream homespun. Her bonnet is made from an old quilt scrap lined in the homespun that matches her apron. The lid to the old tin has a new purpose as a fun pin cushion, and loaded w/ aged pins and old bone buttons. It shows nicely sitting atop the tin! This rag doll is made along the lines of an old stump doll...so she tucks nicely into the tin which is chock full of old scraps in the best early blues, a tiny pin cushion made atop an old wooden spool and more! YOU WILL LOVE THIS....so please see ALL PHOTOS! 14" tall
